We offer shipping to all customers located in Canada and the United States. Details of our shipping fees and processing times are below. 

Canada

• Flat rate: $12.50 CAD
• FREE shipping on all orders over $100 CAD
• Processing Time: 1–3 business days

 
USA

• Flat rate: $15 USD
• FREE shipping on all orders over $100 USD
• Processing Time: 1–5 business days

All orders ship from our Canadian headquarters. Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during holidays or promotions.

Please note that Konenki Skincare Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays once your order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the courier. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays), and orders typically take 1-5 business days to process. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

If a package is marked as delivered by the courier to the correct address as per the tracking information you receive, Konenki Skincare Inc. cannot accept responsibility for any loss. Unfortunately, we do not offer replacements or refunds for orders confirmed as delivered. We recommend reaching out to the courier directly for further assistance.

In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information, please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes on international shipments.

We hope you love your Konenki Skincare products as much as we’ve loved creating them for you! If your order isn’t the right fit for your skin, we offer hassle-free returns for domestic customers.

Canadian customers have 30 days from the date your order arrives to return any full-sized, individual item for a refund or store credit. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that products must be at least 50 percent full in order to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Please note that promotional sets are final sale and cannot be returned, and USA orders are not eligible for return.

To start a return, please contact us at support@konenki.ca and include the email address associated with your purchase, your order number and shipping address postal code. Once your return has been approved, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

If you received a damaged product, please contact our team at support@konenki.ca so we can help. If you experienced a skin reaction please consult your physician immediately.
